Civil society project Abstract: Objective 1 Disseminating democratic and participatory values ​​of the European Union and its fundamental importance in supporting all that regards voluntary activity, community empowerment and local development through the potential offered by new digital technologies and by social network. This in an evolutionary perspective of the concept of EUROPEAN CITIZENSHIP Web 2.0 where the greater participation of users, who often also become authors (blogs, chats, forums, wikis) allow to a more efficient sharing of information, which can be more easily retrieved and exchanged. Objective 2 Dissemination of the concept of volunteering shared at community level with the host territories within a European network of university information and seminars Actions: Activation of a INFORMATION SECTION ON THE EUROPEAN UNION ON WEB SITES of the lead partner and partners. In a simple, direct and interactive way, more information on the structure will be given and in-depth links will be given to the institutional pages of the EU that provide for the tools of active civic participation. Furthermore, space will be given to training and exchange opportunities and work offered at European level by partners and major platforms (in Italian and English); online surveys will given to invite citizens to express their opinion about what kind of Europe they want and to outline their long-term vision for the future of European integration Organization of a EUROPEAN VOLUNTEER FESTIVAL with a shared calendar between project and network partners to give young people aged 19 to 35 and senior volunteers from all over Europe the opportunity to carry out a highly educational volunteer experience internal organization of festivals dedicated to social promotion, cooperation and European volunteering. The stages of the single festivals will end with UNIVERSITY INFORMATION SEMINARS ON THE THEMES OF EUROSCECTICISM AND STIGMATIZATION OF THE MIGRATORY PHENOMENON (usable also in webinar mode): through the project partners and other new ones added at the start, the Universities and Institutes of Research and Studies on the Europe of one's own territory to be carried out during the week of the European Festival (9 May); Dissemination of results (to be defined) according to European guidelines through: the development of ideas for future cooperation, evaluation of results and impact, turning to relevant media and possibly contacting political decision makers.  This in order to: - create new opportunities to extend the project and its results or to develop new partnerships for the future. - contribute to informing future politics and practice, improving the systems of the European Union. - increase public and private organizations' awareness of the opportunities offered by European funds, encouraging wider participation in European Union funding programs.
