Abstract: Mappina - the alternative city map is a organization that develop CityOpenSource a collaborative mapping platform for collaborative digital storytelling projects by locating multimedia contents and data on interactive maps. The platform stimulates the sharing, reuse and personalization of the experience and plays on the possibility of integrating additional services such as push and gamification notifications together with AI-based analysis tools (Identifying landmarks & Text, Labelling Image). We realize collaborative mapping projects that involve and build communities through an easy geo-referencing of digital contents (images, video, audio, texts); reuse open data to built digital commons, have services dedicated to audience development such as push notifications and gamification tools (eg digital treasure hunt); have analytics services based on AI-Artificial Intelligence systems for the analysis of content (photos, videos, texts) and of data users (users, paths, contents, locations); customize and modulate services based on the desired experience. We are interested in taking part as partner in projects and networks for next deadline.
