Municipality Shabla is located in Northeastern Bulgaria and is situated in Southern Dobrudzha with an administrative district center Dobrich. Shabla city is defined as a municipality by a decree in 1978, December 22. The population of the municipality is approximately 5,000 people. Despite the fact that Shabla is a small municipality, it actively applies for all possible measures and schemes of the European and other donor programs, in which is a beneficiary.
